NEW YORK -- New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard and outfielder Yoenis Cespedes are not going to play in the All-Star Game in San Diego because of injuries.NL manager Terry Collins of the Mets made the announcement before Saturday nights home game against Washington. There was no definitive word on how long Syndergaard and Cespedes would be out, but Collins indicated that neither injury was major.Both players were injured in Friday nights 3-1 loss to the Nationals.
