With approximately 15 seconds left on the punishment I eventually run out of food and perish, it turns out he also used adamant arrows, and I had picked them up, meaning I had gotten a pickup penalty. There was nothing to differ between my heap of arrows, along with his so I had no clue who is I had been picking up, and that I believed he had been utilizing mithril arrows (must have been my pc, or my eyes).
A solution? So basically I presume things that you used throughout a struggle (such as arrows) should have a normal shade when you mouse-over them, and things of the individual you killed should be a different colour, so that you are able to distinguish between them and not get a penalty. Just something I think needs changing.
While you did the tutorial (players who have already done it might have to speak to Mandrith about fall lists, short conversation) Mandrith will inform you that things which are colored white in the list once you mouse over them are rightfully yours (they were yours, dropped through a struggle or terminated as a projectile, or a goal you killed) and you can pick up them without consequences. Though items which are coloured red when you mouse over them aren't rightfully yours, so if you pick them up you will put on a pickup penalty. That would explain what you can pick up without a penalty, and what you can not.
K the story begins. (BTW you gotta speak to the king of varrock)A imp(those imps that steal things. .) Steal the king's crown. . Then it"teleports" into the imp king's castle and gives it into the imp who'd always desired one..And therefore the king directs you to find the wizard at the peak of the wizard tower( the wicked one next to the lesser demon)and so after you do he would like you to get him 20 flame runes and 5 choas runes for a brand new charm he has been wanting to create. . Then once you do he teleports you to a fiery dungeon and you must fight these imp guards. (lvl 25)and they use melee and ranged but not auto attack so that you won't die.
