The challenge of OSRS content stems from managing equipment and switching it and prayers correctly. That's gonna be super hard to do with a a controller. I have wondered for a while why folks over various games on PC, not beneath a stage proprietor or something, don't port their games to games already. It is like they could experiment with mobile then cease. Now that is a game I'd playwith, at least for a while to give it a try. How would they even optimise it. No idea. The controllers would be a nightmare for almost any any boss. The early levels likely would not be an issue.
