Oxnard, CA (Sports Network) - The Dallas Cowboys announced Friday that guard Nate Livings is scheduled to undergo a scope on his ailing right knee, a procedure that could put his status for the season opener in question. Livings, a 16-game starter at left guard last year, had surgery on the same knee in February and had just returned to practice after missing some time with a cut on his foot. The seven-year veteran, who signed a five-year, $18.7 million free-agent deal with Dallas prior to last season, is expected to be sidelined anywhere from 2- to-4 weeks.
