Lieutenant Commander Marineth Domingo, spokesman of the Philippine Navy, said Navy personnel have retrieved three more bodies during their ongoing search and rescue operations.


Domingo, however, failed to say whether the cadavers of two females and one male were that of the three passengers who were reported missing.

Philippine authorities said only 84 passengers and crew were listed in the ship's manifest. They said many were not listed in the vessel's manifest considering that the number of survivors has reached 113.

JOHANNESBURG, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) -- The South Africa inflationjumped to 4.8 percent year-on-year in August from 4.6 percent inJuly, according to figures released by Statistics SA onWednesday.
