In an effort to provide fans with an even better experience that last season, the Astros have a number of special events planned, including several to celebrate the 2017 World Series.The Astros are letting Minute Maid Park Executive Chef Dominic Soucie do his thing with some new menu items that will be available throughout the ballpark Ken Giles Jersey. Members of the media got to try some of Soucie's food at Wednesday's luncheon."We've been looking at who comes to the game, what they're looking for and [we] try to spice it up so that you're not just having a plain hot dog and a beer," Soucie said. "There is nothing wrong with having a plain hot dog and a beer, but this gives them more options and better quality stuff." Soucie says he certainly felt a little bit of pressure coming into this season following the World Series."It started with the playoffs last year; all eyes are on you," he said. "It just follows through. Now that we are the world champions, we are expected to do that food service for the world champions and the world champion fans.
